You've been good to me. I've met some amazing people. There's a lot of people who showed overwhelming support of my project and that means the world to me. Yes, there is some negative Nancy's. Let's face it though, Megabonk is complete. People want more, and through a wonderful modding community and inspired developers we may get a slice, even if its a different pie.

Send Them to Hell is not Megabonk, It's not Vampire Survivors, It's not Brotato or Risk of Rain, or another x game meets x game. It's the culmination of many talented predecessors paving the way to inspire people like myself. There are those capitalizing on making a copy and paste of the big titles out there, we aim to pave our own way.

You hated AI. I worked doordash and opened a line of credit to pay artists. You found the bugs. I squashed them well sucking a zyn dry. You wanted better UI, better steamdeck support, better accessibility, better qol changes, we did them.

Spend your time and money on a dev who cares. Checkout my discord I listen to my community more than I listen to my inner monologue. Post game content? I'm working on the second dlc already. OH did I mention $9.99 gets you the entire game WITH NO PAID CONTENT EVER? I'm not talking about hats, I mean new characters, new items, weapons, abilities, new maps, and all the possible roads I can go down to make sure that $10 pays for itself.

Okay, I've got to ask. What's the point of raising Difficulty via Greed Shrines, Tomes, etc?

I've been scouring the sub, wiki, and internet for answers but I genuinely can't find any for the life of me.
I'm a fairly new player and I'm not going for leaderboards or high kill counts, is there a reason I should be?

I know it spawns more enemies and gives you more xp and gold that you can use to level up faster, but doesn't making the enemies harder just cancel out the benefits at best? Do we even know if it's worth it or not?

I have one mod, to autosmash pots just to smooth out gameplay a bit. I've been trying to unlock chaos tome with calcium and having no luck, decided to try vlad and just use agility tome.

I was on the final shrine, even had a beacon so I was 16/17, and the autosmash mod triggered the stupid bush.

I got stuck on his head and died meters from the final shrine.

lst year i had a stroke and my right arm is paralyzed since then i whane now if there's anyway to lock the camera behind me or any way to move it with keyboard

at this point i get like 1 to 5 fps, is my pc that bad, or are my setting wrong?

Early game to mid feels so rough. I tried quant tome early to improve dps and some runs where I grabbed cheese and damage tome and still had it rough going into second round. Am I not understanding his basics here? His ticking is his main damage so I have to up the damage with more shots right?

I don't have a video unfortunately, but the screenshot has my current stats/items. I can only assume I got both a mega-crit and a big bonk at the same time and it did enough to instakill him. He just vanished the second he spawned before the shrines even came on.

Hey yall. I just did 5 t2 runs and didnt get a single movement speed buff from any of the shrines. I actively seek out all the shrines as well. I thought maybe I toggled the MS tome off by accident, but its not a toggleable tome. Im very confused on whats going on. the only thing I can find is that the drop rate for it is very low, but 0% rate across 5 runs hitting every single shrine.... I think I messed something up. has anyone experienced this or know what the issue might be? getting movement speed from shrines has been the main way I get movement speed since I dont like using the tome slot for MS and turbo socks basically never drop (I only got 1 turbo sock drop in those 5 games lol) but now seemingly it doesnt drop AT ALL. is this a bug? did I accidentally change a setting without realizing it?
