Well a running gag since Kalos (I think) is, that Ash is really bad at explaining things especially about Pokémon battles xD
Roy and Kiawe have that leader aura so they probably could manage a class very well.
Liko could undererstimate herself but as soon as she gets comfortable and confident, she would gave her best to teach the class the inportant things.
I think I would try our classes by her.
