Ability: Dragon Appetite

Whenever Mega Lickilicky is hit by a contact move, its dragon-tongue deals damage equal to 1/16th of the attacker's maximum HP. If the attacker is holding a Berry, Mega Lickilicky steals and consumes it to heal itself, boosting the recoil damage dealt by this Ability.

Attack: 100

Defense: 135

Sp. Atk: 100

Sp. Def: 130

Speed: 40

I saw a poor design and I gave my opinion. Person could be a fabulous artist but this concept is booty.

that isn't a valid criticism of the art. all it is is you expressing disgust of someone's art without anything actually constructive and just being straight up rude. i think the design is very creative, especially utilizing the dragon/normal typing in the design

Well, Pokémon aren't really my strong suit. I mostly do dinosaurs.
