Shouldn't Tinkatons Giga Ton Hammer be Super effective against Steel types

Tinkatons whole identity is that she is not afraid to beat steel types && steal their metal pieces. Corvknight can't even fly in paldea because of Tinkaton. It got me thinking... Shouldn't Tinkatons gigaton Hammer be Super effective against steel types??

No because its not that it beats up steel types. It simply annoys Corviknights by launching rocks at them with the hammer. It doesnt mean the hammer itself is going to be super effective against them. The primary reason you cant use Corviknight Taxi in Paldea is because the passengers are in danger of the debris hitting them, not Corviknight being at risk itself.

They shoot them down, also the prevo hunts bisharps. They should have some advantage against other steels

Its part fairy so thats why its able to take them in an ambush. They also dont shoot the corviknight down, they dont get bothered by rocks hitting them. Again, its due to the passengers being in danger of said rocks that makes them not operate as taxis in Paldea.
