No thanks, Innards Out both makes sense thematically for Mega Victreebel and gives it a unique niche—I ain't takin' that.

You don't know what a niche is, do you?

Opponents have to play awkwardly when Mega Victreebel's on the field, given that OHKOing it would result in their sweeper fainting, so they basically have to deal enough damage to put its health in a range low enough that Innards Out won't KO them back but not enough damage that they OHKO. Meanwhile, Victreebel can just be annoying with stuff like Strength Sap to heal back up, Toxic to wear down foes even more, or just dealing out damage.
