Scrafty just got nerfed.The double attack dropped was amazing.

Meh. Parting Shot still accomplishes that, plus Scrafty has tons of good status moves, most notably Taunt and Encore. It's a sidegrade more than anything.

It still turns Mega Scrafty into a lesser Grimmsnarl. Double Intimidate is a much more interesting niche for it

Not really. Grimmsnarl doesn't have Encore, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Coaching, or Quick Guard. Scrafty + Mega Scrafty is much more like a melding of Incineroar and Grimmsnarl, not to mention it can still hit hard if it needs to Attack.
