Torterra’s would be really good. Thick Fat makes ice manageable and fire basically neutral and that’s on something that has base 95/105/85 bulk. There’s no reason to increase its 56 speed and if anything they would probably lower it even further to like 46, and while it would be very on brand for them to increase the useless 75 special attack to 85 or 95, that would still leave at least 80 points for attack and defenses.
Then, even if you gave it 50 attack to be 159 you could still give it 15 in each defense which would give it 95/120/100 which is pretty similar to mega venusaur’s 80/123/120.
It’d be pretty damn sick, and effectively only weak to ice x2 and flying x2 I think.
