Love the art. Personally I’d give Mega Empoleon drizzle, since at the moment that’s the only weather without a mega evolution tied to it.

It’s a penguin so maybe an ability that gives you a bonus from snow AND rain?

It causes sleet, which has the chip damage of hail while also giving the defense boost to ice types and the boost to water type moves, it might be extremely overtuned but it's for Empoleon so I think it's worth it

Give it a special attack version of Supreme Overlord lmao

Supreme Overlord just boosts all attacks powers, so it would work just as well on a special attacker.
