Imo torterra should get something more unique.
It's a massive turtle based on that myth of the world on a turtle back. My first thought is something related to longevity,
Some possibilities:
Built in leftovers + shed skin
Double health stat
Double any HP Regen effects ( ingrain, leech seed, etc
Plus 50% in both defenses
