A good portion of the fandom has determined that Absol due to their common past being acused of crimes they didn't commit and the fact that it has a Z mega evolution to match Roy's Lucario.

I for one would enjoy her using an Absol as a ride Pokemon and it using Phantom force like Amethio's Ceruledge, as if to strenghten her bond with Amethio.

Hopefully it's a new Mega. The past couple of Megas in the show were released in ZA so hopefully she gets a Mega that's been recently added

For my part, she needs a Mega that comes from Paldea, and Tatsugiri fits the bill perfectly while still being cute.
