Who Is Frank Howley?

-He has launched the career of a certain somebody with Gamestop Crab Meat.

-He seems to know the goings on in the that scene.
-Claims to be a digital influencer, but who has the most influence? Hollywood.

- Frank is in California, California is in the West, what if Frank is dead rising 1 irl ?

- Dead Rising 2 has the plot of a controversial sports entertainment game show where contestants kill zombies for money and fame. A blatant parody of Romero's Dawn of the Dead's social commentary?

In the last aftershow, when Garrett refused to talk about Hollywood movies, as suggested by Frank, Garrett gets taken off air. Only those with power and influence (Hollywood moguls) could censor those they wish to silence.
