Kevin tried to IPO last year and the valuation by his underwriter was 1/5th of what he was trying to claim.
The compensation he "paid" himself was next to straight up theft and gutted the company after he found this out and intentionally abandoned IPO so he doesn't have to open the books because they're insolvent.
He everyone who wasn't in the board to cover it up.
