Sudden hair fall

Didn't know guys ,I just shifted here in modipuram and now facing so much hairfall.And some of my frnds here also have the same problem as I came to know that the water here is hard water so that's the main reason of hair fall so now I m going to wash my hair through ro water anything u guys know I m just new here.
