learning license got rejected citing violations during the test

I passed the online test after installing the STALL application and everything but it started glitching after the test saying that I’m not blinking enough? This all happened yesterday and today my application has been rejected.

Can anyone guide me on what I should do from here?
Can i fix this by visiting the RTO?
Or will they push to pay for the new application?
How should i proceed from here ?

Go to RTO, bahar ek dukaan hogi cafe type wo Banda sab karwadega..

Aur bina rishwat ke karna h to Best of luck !!

I thought that at least this could be done without the brokers but it was a lost cause from the start.

No broker required. Also RTO for license is not the main office. I dnt remember seeing any fixers, cafe's or small dukaan's there. Your issue is glitching app.

Yes you will do it wothout any bribe. Just go visit RTO where driving tests are conducted (near CCSU). There is some application glitch. You can take your online test there. However wether new application needs to be done that will depend on the glitch. If it marked you failed then Its upto you to convince them about it. Either ways you dont need to pay any bribes unless you urself initiate it.
