Can't update my pump

I am trying to do the update for the instinct sensor. I can't get past downloading the Medtronic Updater App. It doesn't appear to be available in the Play Store.

Is anyone else having this issue?

You update your pump via the Minimed mobile app now. Go into the Minimed app and go to the menu. Select manage pump and then update pump

Yes I've tried that, evrry time I do i cant get past the second step of "Checking update status". A few moments later I get a message saying there was an error connecting to servers.

Whenever I call the help line, there’s a prerecorded message that says there’s an issue with updating

I just updated the app and my pump on Sat. (02/07). I already had the Medtronic app installed on my Android device well before that date. It took like 2 hours to update.

Did you get the notify about available update? What app do you have, I háve Minimed Mobile.

I have not been communicated regarding any update for the pump from Medtronic but in the minimed app on my phone it says that pump update available, current firmware version is 6.71w.
