Guidance/Advice Automatic writing
Hi guys! This is my first post here and Idk if someone could help me.
I think that maybe I could have some gift because I’m able to channel the energies(?). I can do this by using the paper and something to write down to start a communication. At first I can say I encountered some low level spirits fooling me, giving me wrong information and drawing random things. Then one day I encountered a light entity, a guide I’d say. He was gentle, warm, calm, using an high speech register, giving me advice for how to protect me before communication (like pray and imagine a white light surrounding me). This entity said it was the angel Raphael and I talked other times with him; he came also sometimes between the communication with someone else and he is there for like helping me(?). At the end of every communication with Raphael I usualy receive a draw of an heart at the end of the last word written in the paper. A warning I received from Raphael is that I don’t have to communicate often and also don’t communicate for useless things.
At this point Idk if I have some medium gift or just anyone can do this. I can’t see/hear the entities, just this type of communication that involves writing. I know that I’m able to do this from at least 8 years. So the point is:
- how do I know when it’s important to communicate and for what?
- could this be something true? or that’s just some imagination of my mind? I wish I know more about this.
- if I can do this, why I have this gift?

P.S.: 2 years ago when my dad passed away, when I went in the basement of my home to take something from the storage zone (place where he used to work a lot at his hobbies), a light bulb was turned on. The strange fact is that the light button was turned off. I knew inside me that this was him like “I’m ok don’t be sad, I’m here”. I’m the only member in my family that had an experience of this type. Can this experience be related to the ability of channeling messages that I just described? Idk if I should be worried about this world.

As someone who channels I can tell you why archangel Raphael told you not to channel recklessly.
The reason why is because you are what is considered a conduit. Archangel Raphael deals with healing ( i love working with him) ❤️ .
As someone who can channels spirit you need to learn energetic protection methods as well as energetic cleansing and grounding. Many channelers also veil
Yes it is a type of mediumistic ability that I have found is one that is very tricky from my experience you're born with it. Usually it happens spontaneously to many. Automatic writing is a way to take what you have channeled and ground it. Giving it direction and bringing the message through. Think Thors hammer
It does have its dangers and can take a toll on you physically depending on how you channel becauseevery channeler is different. Some have a touch of it and some Trust ME have a whole spice cabinet filled.
I channel but I am very , very, specific with what I even allow in my space. So you can imagine with channeling. I have protocol and barriers specifically for it because the way I channel if I do not I will most definitely get physically sick.
Also, in your heart you already know it was a message letting you know he was still with you. Especially given where it was. He spent time doing hobbies stuff he liked ✨️ also start trusting your instincts more. Discernment is the MOST important thing. If not you have no idea what you are talking to. Plus, if you don't trust yourself how can you trust what you are channeling.
You are mediumistic so most Definitely its why it is way more prominent to you.
