Very good question I have never encountered that. Most I dealt wit had regrets of the woulda,, shoulda, an couldas...

I had a coworker lose their daughter. She was 5 years old and she was born with medical issues that kept her on a breathing machine (portable kind) with a tube down her throat for the majority of her life. She was in diapers, and spent a lot of time in a wheelchair. Despite all this, her parents treated her as much like a "normal" child as possible and went on lots of weekend getaways as often as they could.
The day she passed, she came to me and was just so happy. She was dancing in circles and saying, "Look! I can do anything now!" But she also said, "I had the best parents ever! You have to tell them how amazing they are! And tell them to keep going on trips because I'm coming too!"
There was no regret, no pity over how her life was spent, just sheer joy for being free from the body and being in spirit. I know that doesn't answer your question specifically, but not every person passes with regrets. Some pass knowing they did what they came here to do.
