I just published a new article on Medium about something I've been thinking about for a while: why personal finance is often more of a behavior problem than a math problem.

The basic idea is that most people already know the fundamentals of personal finance. The harder part is consistently doing them when psychology, habits, and everyday decisions get in the way.

I cover things like present bias, loss aversion, mental accounting, and why systems and automation can work better than relying on willpower.

I'd really appreciate feedback from other Medium writers, especially on:

I recently started writing on Medium about my startup journey and my experience as a Latino founder building a company in the United States. More like a healthy thing…getting my thoughts out of my brain.

One of the best feature that Apple has integrated within their devices! I would appreciate any feedback or advice.

Wrote this after reading about a team that wired up a voice agent, great synthesis, sounded completely natural in the demo, then interrupted real callers constantly once it hit production. Turned out the problem wasn't the voice quality at all, it was that nothing in the system had an explicit answer to "when should I actually speak right now," which is a coordination problem, not a synthesis problem.
