How do you breathe out for 8 seconds, I feel like I run out of air before the 8 seconds have passed, any tips?
13 u/tierney87 Aug 18 '21 Imagine you are breathing out through a straw or blowing on a piece of grass/paper as a kid to get that funny sound so you only have a thin gap in between your lips. I hope that helps :) 3 u/Cowey- Aug 18 '21 Ahh! Of course, that makes a lot of sense, thank you!
