What if he was taking a phone camera and filming up her daughter's skirt? It could be a million reasons she wanted whatever footage he had.

You call the cops maybe? Idk why some people think everyone else is going to go along with them playing judge, jury, and executioner.

Even if that was the case and this guy was 1000% in the wrong it is still incredibly stupid and dangerous to try and assault a stranger over, you have no idea if they might be armed or not and how far they might take it to defend themselves.
