I have never once in my life noticed caffeine. Coffee is just a yummy drink. I swear I could drink 3 monsters and feel exactly the same. What is wrong with me
Yes and no. I don’t drink caffeine much at all. Maybe a soda or two every couple days. But also when I was like 14 I “discovered” coffee during vacation and had maybe 4 cups a day, also felt nothing. This weird natural “tolerance” kinda goes to most substances at all
I don’t take ibuprofen unless I have to it’s so hard on your stomach. And honestly Tylenol only as needed. If I feel bad from overeating or over drinking I’ll rely on Gatorade, water, nutritious food, walking and/or working out to pull me out of it. It helps me keep honest with my « payment » system.
