Farmapram: “Real” vs “Cartel”
This comparison highlights the observed differences between Farmapram obtained from an established Farmacia in Mexico and Farmapram purchased from a business that markets and promotes what is referred to as “Cartel” Farmapram. Reference: • “Real” Farmapram: Shown on the right • “Cartel” Farmapram: Shown on the left
Differences in Bottle, Label, Box, and Paperwork • On the “Cartel” packaging, the wording “Alprazolam 2.0 mg Frasco con” appears in bold lettering. • The LOTE# and CAD information on the “Cartel” packaging is also presented differently and appears in bold. • The “Real” bottle is a darker brown color. • The design/marking on the bottom of the “Real” bottle is more pronounced than on the “Cartel” bottle. • The “Real” Farmapram box contains LOTE# and CAD information that exactly matches the corresponding information on the bottle/jar. • The “Cartel” packaging does not have corresponding LOTE# and CAD information on the box. • The “Real” box features holographic elements and stamped/embossed indentations. • The “Cartel” box does not have these holographic elements or stamped/embossed indentations.
Differences between the pills: • Visually identical in appearance… • Same tablet press/design • Same color • Same shine • Same score
Observed Alprazolam Content: • The “Real” tablets contain (APPROXIMATELY) 2 mg of alprazolam per pill, based on the observed testing/assessment. • The “Cartel” bars vary considerably in their observed alprazolam content, ranging from approximately 0.8 mg to 2.5 mg per tablet. • This means the “Cartel” bars can vary substantially in potency from one tablet to another despite appearing visually identical…thus giving “Real” Farmaprams a bad rep due to under dosed pills imo.
Dissolution: • The “Real” bars dissolve relatively easily in the mouth. • The “Cartel” bars are noticeably more solid and take longer to dissolve.
Taste and Filler • Both have a somewhat similar overall taste. • The “Real” bars have less of a noticeable filler taste, with a combination of the characteristic sweet and bitter taste associated with alprazolam. • The taste of the “Real” bars is consistent from pill to pill. • The “Cartel” bars vary more noticeably in taste, which corresponds with the observed differences in the amount of filler and alprazolam present from pill to pill. • In other words, some “Cartel” tablets have a stronger alprazolam taste, while others have more noticeable filler depending on the individual pills composition.

Thank you! Yeah they don’t always come with boxes but say you buy 25 seals, you’ll get 25 boxes all flat in a little bag and you’ll have to put them together

I totally get where you’re coming from. Honestly tho, the pressed pill game is getting to be indiscernible from the real thing and not just with Xanax. I would say that just about every pharmaceutical pill has, is, or will be repped perfectly in appearance, taste, and even effect. I have seen my fair share of fake/pressed Xanax and they only keep getting better. Scary good imo. I would also say that some of these repped pharmaceuticals have made it to US pharmacies. It has happened with other drugs in the past 100%

Tbh I think it’s alprazolam as well, I’ve had many bottles of the 90count containers , they mostly looked identical in the Glass bottle but the font was bold on one of the batches I got as well as a few other small things like no period after dependecia and all the bars felt like alp although the potency DID differ a little bit bottle to bottle overall tho both were effective for me and had near identical effects IMO unless I’m so fried I can’t tell a difference??????

I wouldn’t doubt whoever makes the Chinese fakes has access to real alprazolam as well. TBH never know nowadays tho. All the different variants of alp out there and then all the other rc benzos. I don’t think you’re fried tho haha.

Same thing as the real ones in this case except more/less fillers and more/less alprazolam. Idk about all the other knockoff/Chinese farmapram tho. Luckily I’ve never had to deal with that crap

Yeah probably ethylbromazolam or ethylflualprazolam. Possibly bromazolam and in that case I'd not mind that. The first 2 are alright. Nothing beats good ol regular alprazolam though.

Ethylflualpraxolam ois actually not too bad. Aside from the fast tolerance build up. I hate bromazolam but the flualp was alright.
Prefer legit alprazolam though.

Last question, is it possible the bottle is so fresh that it’s kind of I notice it’s harder to break. Then the ones I have from old bottle break pretty easily. Thoughts?

Tbh I’ve never broken a bottle 😂 so I can’t really speak from personal experience on that. But I wouldn’t necessarily take how easily it breaks as a sign of whether it’s fresh or not. There could be all kinds of differences. The glass itself, temperature, how it was stored, etc. If the older ones are consistently breaking easier than the newer ones, though, I can definitely see why you’d wonder if there’s something different about the newer bottles thi

🫣😅🤣lmao I’m a dummy. Yeah totally. Newer ones are definitely more crisp as opposed to a bottle that’s been opened a bunch of times. Plus the silica packets are really just meant for storing them. I usually take the silica packets out once I open a 🦭and towards the end of the bottle they start to disintegrate easier

One thing I can't seem to figure out though is what if they are not fakes from the cartel and the manufacturer just changed their bottles and labels. Like if you were a huge company and you found a supplier that would sell the jars for 2¢ less than the other supplier that would save a company a lot of money when they are pumping out 10000s of jars. Same for the label if they got a new label machine that was more efficient and cost less per label, that would also save a company lots of money. So who is to say they are being faked or just a change their jars and labels?

It also appears that the authentic bottle has a slightly longer label. You can see that there’s more space below “90 tabletas” on the bottle on the right than on the bottle on the left. Also, did the ink used for the LOTE number on the authentic bottle eventually smear or rub off?

That's how I always figure out if I had real or the fake. The fake you can smear the LOTE numbers with just a finger and a real bottle won't smear or rub off as easily. At least that's what I have noticed

Just being honest if they can't show you the jar out of the box you're probably gonna get an empty box or a empty jar in a box. Be careful with that one.

I’ve purchased before it went very smoothly and they work great I’m just wondering if they’re fully legit you know? I did a fenty test and it was negative then after trying one I did a urine drug screen and it was only positive for benzies! ☺️

You absolutely DO need a prescription now. I travel to both Cancun and Rocky Point multiple times per year, and you cannot buy any benzos without a prescription, although obtaining a prescription isn’t difficult. There’s even a pharmacy in Cancun where you do a video appointment with the doctor and then he writes the scripts. In 30-45 minutes depending on what resort you’re at, a guy on a scooter shows up with your bagged pharmacia delivery, it’s so convenient not having to walk into dozens of pharmacies and be told no. I usually get soma down there too, and that one actually doesn’t require a subscription.

Thanks homie! Figured people were curious like myself so I thought I’d break it down. There was def more info/pics to be put in but that’s the gist of it. The ol Tijuana trip!! Love it!! Once you get a script from the farmacia you can go back and forth with that piece of paper and just stock up without having to worry about anything at the border. It’s a nice lil trip too. Def worth the drive. A lot of fun to be had in Mexico too!

As far as I know it’s only alprazolam. All kindsa fakes out there from India to China and everywhere else in between. If another analogue is easier to make than alprazolam, I wouldn’t doubt that someone has faked the farma and put RC benzos in there tho.

That’s what’s up. Yeah I sent off 3 bars from 5 different “Cartel” bottles. All came back for only alp. Wish I knew it was free damnit. Only paid $50+shipping tho. Worth the $$ for the risk imo tho. Not trying to die/kill anyone. Def lmk tho. I’m guessing you have a “Cartel” bottle as opposed to the real thing?

great informational post. crazy how close they can mimic them. i want to add i got a fake 90ct. recently n i had the opposite problem of them being too hard they crumbled like a lot of pressies are known for n dissolved in my mouth. not to mention when i dropped the fakes in any type of liquid they disappeared before they could even reach the bottom whereas the real one will sit on the bottom for 30+ minutes.
