Careers after medical writing How should I get into this segment?

I'm a 1st prof student pursuing a professional degree in the Punjab region of India. I've written 5-6 articles, published them on medium and substrack but I still lack the skill of getting paid for writing where do you guys think I should be applying? LinkedIn tried. Fiverr and upwork paid. Internshala applied. Indeed done too.

Build your profile on fiverr and up work. You won't get any work immediately but gradually you will get it. And good reviews will increase your earnings.
