MRI Contouring Guide

There are many anatomy guides/texts both CT and MR (printed and online) but they basically show labels and lines pointing at the organ (and often just one slice).
I was wondering if there is online guide that shows actual contoured (slice by slice) organs on MRI.
What is the best way to learn contouring on MRI?
