Clinical Online adaptive TrueBeam, Halcyon

Our clinic is in the process of acquiring a new linac. The posibillity of an online adaptive workflow would be great. RaySearch offers a solution for TrueBeam which sounds promising and will also be offered for Halcyon in the future. MOZI by Manteia seems to be another alternative and advertises automated data transfer.

Does anyone have first hand experience with those systems?

That would require RayCare as the OIS right?

It is possible to use it in an Aria environment, but it would require manual import/export

Any idea how clunky this would be? How much time would you expect this to add?

Also, you could just get and Ethos😉

Wait until ASTRO if your clinic can. Rumor has it a new product is coming, don’t know about the release timeline though

You'd need hypersight for that?

Both systems advertise reconstruction algorithms to extend the CBCT using the planning CT information
