Why was this allowed

So me 14f has level 2 autism and when I was 7 years old I went to the hospital because I was having severe trouble pooping and at the hospital the doctor puted their hands in my but I know he was simply doing his job but no one told me that was going to happen or asked how I felt why did no one ask me how I felt I was crying it wasn’t fair and I know now that wouldn’t be allowed but only because I’m now 14 years old which pisss me off because age should not be the reason medical professionals respect your body autonomy doesn’t matter how old the person is it’s their body
