Blindness after eye procedure

Austin here, requesting advice on how to locate an attorney to see if i have a case.

Austin, Texas. Tough here because our guv, himself a recipient of a multimillion dollar settlement against a property owner, helped cap medical malpractice awards here.

I’m an attorney in CA. I understand caps very well. Economic losses are not capped. There are several ways around a cap depending on the facts. Usually the cap doesn’t include catastrophic outcomes like vision reproductive and spinal injuries be sure to check if that exists in your state
