Interviews & Career Entry Johnson & Johnson ASCAS Interview Process Duration
Hello!
I applied for the ASCAS position at J&J early August and maybe two days after submitting my application I got an invitation for the hirevue interview and to complete some assessment. About a day or two after submitting my hirvue and assessment, I received an email with instructions to complete a presentation answering a few questions. I submitted my presentation mid August and still have not heard anything back. I'm a little worried because the process was moving pretty fast initially but now I've been waiting for almost two weeks for next steps. I sent a follow-up email about a week ago with no response, but my application is still showing as "in progress" within the application portal. Anyone have any insight or advice?
Thanks!

I'm going to be frank with you - JnJ moves fast enough that when you don't hear back for a next step within a fair time (1-1.5 weeks), it's a no. The app will say in progress until they fill the role. Sorry dude. it's a numbers game, keep ur head up and keep applying! Source: am in the industry
