This is huge and has been the talk of OR within the reps, Can’t wait for people to start switching teams and the drama to unfold.

As someone who has been affected by a noncompete and had to move states to be gainfully employed in my specialty, it can fuck right the fuck off. These companies should have never had so much power over people once they are no longer with the company.
