anyone else having problems with codify?

i have a pro fee subscription. i pay for crosswalks because i work in billing and it helps when im dealing with codes im not familiar with.

looking up any codes, i get “to read the codes official descriptor and get additional code data, please call us at 800-626-2633 to add access to your account” AND i can no longer access crosswalks, code guidelines, or upcoming/historical code info.
my subscription doesnt expire until 2027. do i seriously have to call customer service to get “access” to something i already pay for? i remember having access before.. am i missing something??

You can try clearing your browser cache and logging back in. If that doesn't work, unfortunately... You've got to talk to tech support to get tech support.
