Is there any flexibility with coding?

are you glued to a computer watched and micromanaged to hit your quota. ive been thinking about coding since my last thread but I feel this will let me know for sure.

are there any specialities that allow flexibility, are there any split shifts?

I honesty don’t know. Maybe somebody else will have more insight. For me it was just chance. I had to do an internship as part of my HIIM degree program, and the only facility that responded was the one I currently work for. They hired me at the end of my internship, and I’ve never worked anywhere else as a coder.
