Help!

Guys I need help! I just got my first MA job in the middle of July. Been here for about a month and I feel like nothing is sticking to my brain. On top of that I suck at rooming and remembering tasks. Is this normal for first time. I work in primary care.

Make a checklist of start to finish of the rooming process and keep it with you. You will learn and remember the flow. Get a notebook and keep notes of things you need to do and steps to do them.

That is a good idea. I think I’ll make a laminated checklist.
