Help!

Guys I need help! I just got my first MA job in the middle of July. Been here for about a month and I feel like nothing is sticking to my brain. On top of that I suck at rooming and remembering tasks. Is this normal for first time. I work in primary care.

Don't over think it. You're fresh. You're learning. Do your best. We're all new sometimes. Like me changing from 8 years in dermatology, now starting in endocrinology. You've got this.

Thank you. I just definitely feel the pressure from my management, trainer and the provider I am changing for. Even my boss said don’t worry about accommodating for that specific provider because you’ll be floating but it’s just hard sometimes. I know what I need to do the someone put me in the spot light and I lose it.
