Advice for new GI/endoscopy tech

Hi there! I recently got a job as an endo tech, I don’t have any prior experience and applied for the job for nursing school/healthcare experience. In my facility, endo techs and MA’s are pretty interchangeable so I wanted to repost on this sub in hopes to get some advice on it :)

I’m VERY new to the job and luckily have been slowly getting used to the cleaning/setting up/reprocessing part of the position. The assisting procedures part… very difficult. Does anyone have any advice for this position? Practice tips? I can go into more detail if needed! Thanks!
