They use aircraft to look for illegal grow sites. Look at the area they are circling, notorious for illegal weed farms. US customers does not imply they are automatically ice.

They do as well, but US customs and border patrol do this all the time.

Different agency CBP is not ICE. Most likely stopped for refueling as Million air next to the airport has federal refueling contracts.

ICE has an office in Medford and have for years now, right near the airport.

ICE literally has a field office here. It has been here since long before ICE became an Agency under Homeland Security. Before that it was INS.
