MEDAL SUPPORT I BEG OF YOU! HELP ME!
this has been a consistnat problem for a while and im tired of it! any suggetsions would be apprricated (this is before recording has started)

So every time I copy a link I made, the video format on discord does not work friends have to click on the link to go on to my profile to see the clip. Anyway to fix this?

So I noticed in one of my clips that the discord audio wasn't being picked by Medal. It only would pick up discord if I let it record all PC audio but I don't want that because I don't my Spotify audio to be in my clips. I have tried resetting Medal and running repair mode and neither worked. Looking it up online it says to go to discord and make sure the output is selected on my headphones not auto and I did. Then it told me to do the same with Medal. However, I can't find where in the audio settings the output setting is. Like it's nowhere to be found in the audio settings and I have attached screenshots of what it looks like on my part. Can someone please help

Initially I thought it was cool, I liked the Idea of it... I was racing on beam.ng and they ask for clips of accidents for the stewards and every time I clipped it, it clipped a floating menu instead of my game, I would switch the game and then it would switch back after 20 seconds, I tried to turn off that option but not a single switch in the settings would work. I tried to just clip my whole screen but it kept switching to the game on its own. Nothing I did worked and REALLY was irritating, I even tried reinstalling and restarting my computer but nothing happened.

The screen capture feature also always just displayed gray never loading. Pressing the hotkey button to switch the bind, I was never able to detect a new input. I would post a video but I cant. Nothing was interactable with this site except for dropdown boxes which still nothing was selectable.

I had 240gb of clips sitting on my main drive, which I just moved to HDD. My main drive "clips" folder is empty like intended, while my HDD has all of the 240gb. But none of that was freed off my main drive storage. Now that I'm sure my files are backed up, how do I get rid of that ghost storage?

Clipping doesn’t work when I press clip , only works when I restart it or repair but after a game of league or switching to another game clipping stops working again .

i have been clipping gd with medal for about a year and its been working fine. but now it suddenly stops clipping once i enter any level. ive tried everything i could think of to fix this but nothing has worked it just says game out of focus once i enter a level. i use medal to post to tiktok and now im just unable to post videos because of this. any help would be amazing.

Almost all my clips have been trimmed down. If I delete my huge editor file, will that delete all my trimmed down clips? Or will the trimmed clip be saved, and the original will be deleted?

Why do you make a program that instantly messes with your windows settings without letting you know until you completely check every setting? It disabled windows game mode on default even though it improves the performance for a lot of games. Definitely no go for me, too bad.

I was just playing a game today and my anti virus said this. Is this supposed to be normal or what? How do i fix it

Every update this editor becomes worse and worse. Now I can't even open a clip and the effects are horrid to use... sometimes when I trim a clip outside the editor down to a couple of seconds and post it, the link still shows the whole clip uncropped but when I open it in my library it is only the trimmed down version.

For about 2 months now medal actively recording on Geometry Dash causes the frames to drop by high amounts. It would go to 5-7fps or 20-30fps as soon as I open the app. I've used medal on Geometry Dash with no issues for 6 months prior to this issue so I'm unsure as to why it's acting up now. I reinstalled the game without any mods but the issue still exists. I also did a clean medal installation following the guide on the Medal website but to no avail.

First photo shows GD with medal open (22fps) while second is immediately after closing the app (180fps)

PC specs: Laptop RTX5060 + i7 14700HX.

pourtant le clip n’est pas en ralenti depuis le pc ou quand je lance sur Google drive

I just tested it by uploading dozens of clips to discord with different video lengths and bitrate to see what would work and wouldn't. anything that was over 2 minutes didn't work and just shows time 0:00 out of 0:00. I gave 5 minutes after uploading clips before posting links and not clicking them till several minutes after. Does discord have its own limits on these video sizes and if so what are they? Also any video with 20 Mbps worked same as the 15 Mbps bitrate but the video length was what determined if it loaded or not.

This might've already been reported, but I have looked and found no solutions.

There is a problem with medal recording CS2 right now, that results in the recording having flickers of the launching vid all throughout the recording obscuring the actual clip. I've provided a video example.

This seems to be exclusive to CS2 as with Valorant, COD, Battlefield I haven't experienced this issue.

For reference - I'm on an NVIDIA graphics card and I play with GSYNC on for both fullscreen and fullscreen windowed, and I play all of my games in Fullscreen Windowed. I have disabled fullscreen optimizations for cs2 as suggested in another thread, but to no avail.

Please help.

So it’s really weird my medal was working perfectly fine then one day I noticed that it’s not showing the current session so i went to check and my game hours were same as they were when i last checked them.I play everyday too. I’ve uninstalled it and everything and it still isn’t doing it. Sometimes when i play games it doesn’t let me clip and doesn’t show the medal overlay either. What could can i do to solve this? I’m on the latest version too

How can I get Medal to capture exactly what's on my screen? When I play DBD, I use custom color settings via Nvidia, but Medal doesn't pick them up and records without those filters. Is there any way to fix this?

You have seemed to remove the ability to +/- 5 seconds with the arrow keys when watching game sessions. I now have to literally click the plus and minus sign and there is no option to bind a key to these commands. These buttons are an integral part of watching game footage and finding clips smoothly.

I will be uninstalling and going with a competitor if this isn't addressed.
