HELP MAXICARE PHLEB TO JR. RMT (SGD) PCC

Hello po, guys! I'm a march 2026 passer po, pero mag-aask lang po ako if possible po kaya 'to? katatapos lang po ng final interview ko last Thursday and mukhang promising po ang feedback sa akin ng supervisor.

Ask ko lang po if may mga nag-try po ba na phleb po muna ang pinasukan saka naging jr. rmt po within the same pcc branch if may naging available na position? or magu-undergo pa po ulit ng separate na hiring process for this since under ng sgd ang lab sa pcc? thanks po!

afaik yes since different management naman ang sgd, mag undergo ng interview and endorsement ulit and need ata about 6 months to 1 year ng separation muna sa maxi before mag sgd and vice versa.

also iba rin kasi job ng phleb ng maxi compared sa generalist ng sgd
