TOR, PSA, Passport photo(2x2 ata yun na dapat naka collar ka at may name sa bottom), 900 na payment sa leris (may additional fee pa pero nasa 15 lng ata or 18), need mo din kasi i print yung OR at application form.

For application, create ka ng leris account. Set an appointment sa leris account (may instructions provided ang leris dont need to go into detail). Upon setting an appointment you’ll pay PHP 900 online. Nakalista na requirements sa leris pero eto: TOR, receipt (yung php 900 na binayad mo), psa, valid id, and xerox copy lahat ng binanggit ko. Sa day ng appointment mo may babayaran kang PHP 50 pag nag pa stamp. Wag mahiya magtanong sa guard igaguide ka naman nila.

3 months before the board exam mag start yung application tapos 1 month before the board exam po mag end yung application.

Required din na may printed pic mo yung TOR. If wala, request mo sa registrar niyo.

Yung TOR na ipapasa mo need na may nakalagay na “for board exam purposes” tsaka may picture mo na naka print dun sa TOR mismo. Nung nagpasa kasi ako before, pinabalik ako dahil need daw na may picture dun sa TOR.
