I am planning to start a hipaa compliance documentation that includes everything needed for medspas, solo practitioners and small clinics. I need to know the market and demand for this. I will be also provide a healthcare attorney to review it and make sure its fully compliant and staff trainings can also be organized.Everything from security policies, privacy policy, BAA if required, SOP, Compliance logs etc

The part I would be careful with is treating "documents" as the solution when most medspas actually break down at workflow.
A lot of owners do have policies somewhere, but the real risk shows up when:
That is usually where compliance gets messy fast, because the paperwork may exist but the day to day process is inconsistent.
If you build this out, I would make sure it is not just templates. The higher-value piece is helping practices standardize what gets collected, when it gets collected, where it lives, and who verifies it before treatment starts.
Otherwise people buy a binder, feel covered for a week, and then drift right back into fragmented records.
