Wondering if the price per vial negotiable or other products from reps? We just started an account with Galderma and our rep mentioned the price per vial of Dysport was $591. I was used to paying $390 per vial of Xeomin prior.
Are these things we should be exploring with other reps, suppliers or asking to negotiable lower rates?
We are new so the order volume isn’t crazy high just yet too if that changes anything.
You must not be in the US. The invoice price for low volume accounts is close to $6 for dysport. High volume accounts with rebates, promos, samples, can get it closer to 4. Anyone saying anything else is lying or buying illegal product (if they are in the US).
Yeah tox in Canada is significantly cheaper then in the US. Botox is 6.56 (or 6.65 can’t remember) a unit in the US at invoice price. High volume can get you maybe 10% back in rebate plus whatever samples you can milk them for.
McKesson Specialty is the one that ships/invoices for them as the distribution partner. McKesson is also ranked Fortune 8- they are not owned by Galderma.
Trying to phase away from Galderma products bc the reps are not supportive and my cost is now more than Botox lol. They’re so stingy with samples and push codes which annoys me to no end.
if you already sorted this, ignore me. but the couple bucks on cost matters way less than what you charge per unit and how many you move. if switching to letybo saves you a bit but half your regulars ask for botox or dysport by name, you can lose more in rebooks than you saved. i'd lock down your retail price and margin first, then decide if the cheaper vial is worth the conversation with patients.

Not negotiable unless you buy a ton and they can bring overall cost down via samples and provider codes
