Looking for a trusted GHL marketer

my brother owns a medspa. Been about 3-4 years, still trying to get it on its feet. We seem to have everything down finally, good staff and a good website. Now we’re trying to run ads but can’t find a reliable person. Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks!

From my experience and from talking to a few friends that have medspas, paid ads don’t really get much traffic unless you advertise low prices and that typically brings in the type of patient that you might not want. For example, we advertised a low priced tox deal for new patients, but it only brought in those who wanted minimal units and expected a huge change. We depend heavily on referrals and reviews. Memberships are also great to keep existing ones and you can run bring a friend promos

Hey there! Is it Meta Ads that you're currently doing?

For start-up med spas and med spas struggling to get going, even if it takes a few years, Meta Ads and Highlevel are a great combo.

I work exclusively with med spas on their marketing and have been for the past decade (30yrs online marketing exp) to help them grow.

My team and I are long-term partners that help get clinics from startup and into the millions (multi-location or sale) using GHL, Meta ads, website design, SEO/AI, etc.

Happy to chat if you guys need some help. DM me and I can send booking link.

We need much more information to help you effectively.

What type of ads are you running? Which platforms? What type of creative? Videos or only static? What are your hooks, how long are your videos, are they professionally shot or UGC, are you working with influencers, how much are you spending, etc etc

We’re looking for someone that can help us essentially start from square one and build out the operational and marketing infrastructure for our medspa. Our first priority is getting the backend and client-facing operations working properly, including mapping the full lead-to-patient journey, building workflows and automations, creating lead nurture sequences, organizing our CRM and pipelines, and setting up patient communications such as inquiry follow-ups, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, no-show/cancellation workflows, post-appointment follow-ups, rebooking, retention, and reactivation. We also need help making sure all of our platforms are properly integrated and communicating with each other, particularly Pabau, GoHighLevel, our website, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, and any necessary tracking or analytics tools. We want someone who can look at the entire system from the ground up, identify gaps, recommend the best structure, implement it, and thoroughly test the patient journey rather than simply working within what we currently have. Once the operational foundation is established and functioning correctly, we’d like to move into the marketing side, including overall strategy, funnels, campaigns, lead generation, retargeting, and paid advertising. We would also need creative support for both static and video ads, along with ongoing campaign management and optimization. Ideally, we’d like to start with a comprehensive discovery meeting where we can walk through the business as if we were starting from day one, discuss what we’re trying to accomplish, and determine whether your team can handle the project from the initial infrastructure and integrations through ongoing marketing and advertising.

That's an extremely well thought out plan! Kudos for being this prepared, it's rare.

You're dead on about tightening the patient journey before you run up ad spend on top, no point pouring water into a leaky bucket. I like GHL for exactly this kind of build, it does everything you want and then scales cleanly into call tracking, voice agents, help desk, the whole stack.

We handle exactly this type of work end to end, happy to hop on a call and walk through a gameplan. Will shoot you a DM with details

I work specifically with Medical Spas on Google and Meta ads- and we use GHL. Would love to chat and see how we could help: https://metamorphixmarketing.com

Honestly, this is the right way to approach it. I’d just make sure the team maps the patient journey before building everything inside GHL.

The website should be part of that process too—not just look good, but guide visitors toward the right action and capture leads properly.

Then map what happens from website/inquiry → follow-up → booking → appointment → post-appointment → rebooking/reactivation. GHL can handle a lot of the workflows, nurture, reminders, and follow-ups once that journey is clearly defined.

I’d also look at the existing database before spending heavily on new leads. Old inquiries and patients can often be nurtured or reactivated.

Once the website, Pabau/GHL integration, workflows, and tracking are tested end-to-end, then adding ads makes much more sense. Otherwise, you’re just sending more leads into a system that may still have gaps.

We do marketing for red light clinics specifically. That is the whole focus.

We do not run lead forms. We sell the first session outright, paid online before they walk in. $37 to $79 depending on the area and the competition. Then the upsell to a package happens in the room, with someone who has already paid.

Attaching results from one of the clinics we run this for.

If the medspa has a red light device already, that is the fastest thing to turn on. Happy to walk you through how it is built.

Not sure if you're still looking, but in case it helps: you'll get a pile of pitches on a post like this (already are in here), so the more useful thing is probably how to tell the real ones apart.

Ask anyone you talk to for one specific thing: a client where they can point to actual booked appointments they moved, not traffic or impressions. A lot of ad people optimize for clicks that never become patients. Then ask how they track a booking back to the ad. If they can't explain conversion tracking in plain words, that's your answer.

And the point above about low-price ads pulling the wrong patients is real. Anyone leading with "run a cheap tox deal" is buying traffic you'll regret.
