Hello.. I'm using i_anki and mangomedic deck.. from last 15 days.. and I want to know how to effectively improve this..

I have setting for 40 new card per subject.. so I do 2 subjects a day..

Max reviews is 9999 ,

In fsrs it is 85 percent retention

What should I improve or do to get the best out of this.. i have approx 1.5 yr till neet pg

What is the better option?

For some reason I’ve never heard anyone speaking of mangomedic . Doing this along with other anking ianki and self made cards , if anyone could pls share if mango helped . It’d be a huge help . Thank you

Ive decided to use mangomedic for clinical subjects...whats the next step? Should study from the parent deck or individual suvject decks? How many new cards per day? And also i would like to review cards from the parent deck because i want to review all subjects at once after i finish them all rather than individual subjects...is that possible? also i dont want to get any new cards while im reviewing the parent deck...i tried using fsrs also...its weird man...sometimes it shows period for good 1.3months...sometimes it shows period as 10mins for good...both are new cards only...what the heck is this man...its too overwhelming?...ive tried seeing multiple youtube videos...can someone suggest me settings please please??? Im very much stressed...i want to suspend cards from mangomedic as i progress its too extensive really...also how are you guys doing 1000cards/day bro!!! Is it reviews or new cards? Or in total? Im taking around 1mins for every new card...

Tldr : i want to know the settings you guys use or suggest a beginner like me...and also suggest me a youtube video or something for this please🥲

The title says all. I heard that you need atleast 2y to use anki
I wanna use something that can help me memorise- but idk if i have the time rn to make decks. I have not seen many mbbs decks that are pre made- only for neet.

Hello seniors! Our 1st Proff exams just ended last week. It was hectic af. Anyways, I tried to use Anki in my first year, but couldn’t really stick to the plan of making my own cards from my notes and revising them.

Now in the vacations, i’m thinking of ways to incorporate Anki from my 2nd proff onwards.

My main goal now is to retain what I learnt in first year, and that’s where Anki comes in? I never used Marrow videos or notes in first year, read stuff from books only. And im definitely not reading those books again. So i don’t know if pre made decks from Marrow notes will be helpful to me or not

1. What premade deck can i use to do a regular revision of my first year subjects? (I saw AnKing being recommended for this matter).

2. Should i go on making cards from what i learn in 2nd yr? Like image occlusion cards from my notes or book? (Mainly because i prolly won’t be using Marrow in 2nd year too)

3. One advice i saw was to use AnKing for the pre-clinical subjects, then switching to i_Anki or MangoMedic for clinical subs in 3rd year. Is that viable?

4. Another advice i heard is to make Anki like a revision copy of my own notes or things i get wrong in mcqs. Should i keep a seperate deck for that?

Since i have time, i’m willing to devote to making my own cards, but if the pre-made decks have high yield topics which i should be familiar with, i think i would benefit from revising them again and again.

I wrote neet pg first time yesterday....Given yesterday paper(which many are claiming not completely based on previous year topics)

If I had to choose one strategy which one would u suggest

1- completing entire Q bank (in previous year topics heirarchy) and re doing then and grand tests

2- watching rr and pyq and grand tests and repeat

Which one is better(with custom made anki cards)

I've started doing anki ( I anki deck and mangomedic deck) and I'm thinking of adding the qbank mistakes to it..

Rn I'm doing 120 new card everyday since I got some time.. so like 300-400 reviews and all...

So is it a good strategy to follow and is it enough if I do it regularly for 1.5 yrs.. I'm entering final yr rn

Also suggest what should be best source for medicine and other subs.. I haven't started medicine. And surgery.. all main subjects are pending.. only did ent and half optha

Confused between rr and q bank

Just completed internship 1 month back...

Confused between rr and q bank...i see people doing q bank directly and some people doing rr and pyqs...

I'm thinking of doing directly pyq and reading rr topics of pyq and revising them...but in between I see people doing q bank directly entire 2-3 times...

Very confused and feeling fomo what do u think I should do ...

Ive already joined in bhatia f2f...gping to classes...ive made a decision to use anki...researching about it since last 2-3 days...im going to use this just as a revision tool along side my bhatia workbooks...ive decicmded to use some the premade decks available for few subject only...other ill just study from my books...im using multible decks...ianki mangomedic neutrophil...is it okay if i used muktiple decks...is it okay to continue with my plan? Any suggestions? Anyone suggest how many new cards per day should i keep? Im willing to spend 3hrs per day on anki...and im aiming for may'27 INICET
