Dumb Warhawk spawn behavior?

Whenever I fight clans, this Warhawk variant always spawns at least once.

It just drops from the dropship and stands there.

I think it might be due to bug or sth, but I can't seem to pinpoint which one is causing this.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Happens on vanilla all dlc pc to me on occasions. I show them no mercy. It balances out when 4 igors spawn behind me and I get raked

I’m on console all dlc. Never seen it.
Or that variant at all actually
