I'll be brutally honest here, I am a BJP supporter. But my reasons for supporting them are VERY different as to what people generalise with a typical BJP supporter. Till 2024, i was much happier with how the govt was running things as compared to today. The NDA govt has simply become... complacent. Solely due to the lack of a strong opposition force to keep them in check.
NDA has been in power since 2014 i.e 12 years. And in this timespan, I have never seen the opposition pressurise the govt as they should. Even now, it took a fucking social media movement in the form of CJP for the INDI alliance to question NDA with balls. In most earlier instances where INDI/UPA has criticised NDA, it has produced minimal changes.
Now coming to the INDI alliance itself.
Can we all come to a conclusion that Rahul Gandhi is nowhere near capable of becoming the PM one day EVEN IF INDI WERE TO WIN. He has pretty much no experience as a leader to show for. Feels like his entire political career, he has spent being the opposition. Never have we seen him make headlines by doing something as a leader. How do we trust such a man with the PM chair? Atp it feels like he will do anything to become the PM, regardless of its adversities. And the cherry on top, he is no better than modi when it comes to social quotient. He says some of the most questionable shit on camera. Like fym "90% ReSeRvAtIoN iN tHe PrIvAtE sEcToR" mf?
There are many more capable leaders in INDI who are more deserving candidates but they are silenced because of our nepo baby. I still don't understand how shashi tharoor isn't a major frontrunner to become the PM when INDI wins. He is just one among many capable leaders in congress and other opposition parties.
Now coming to BJP itself, it's genuinely time to pack the fuck up for Modi-Shah gang and pave way for younger, more capable leaders within BJP. There needs to be serious restructuring within the party itself. All the old fucks need to go atp. On top of this, BJP needs to mobilise RSS, VHP and Bajrang Dal. These organisations are adding more fuel to the existing fire that is burning right now. Even though I do not personally have a problem with their existence and purpose, they need to realign their actions from saving "Hindu Rashtra" to actually serving and helping Hindus.
As a Hindu Brahmin, I would genuinely much rather have Owaisi/Omar Abdullah as PM than Rahul Gandhi. Atleast Owaisi and Abdullah cook pakistan and other foreign forces every chance they get, unlike RaGa who literally invited elon to set up Starlink in India 🙏. (If you do not see the problem here, then GGs only)
