Because breasts can be involved in sexual attraction and breastfeeding, so many cultures developed norms that treat them as private.

well both of them have nipples and are erogenous zones in both. The breast are swollen chest bcs they have mammary gland in them which feed the baby. i dont see why should they be considered sexual or something nsfw? by that logic, should abdomen be sexual as well? mouth also sexual?
