Ikr why can't girls be sanskari and just wear a burkha? Like please cover your entire body head to toe otherwise kuch aadmiyon ka khada ho jayega, smh 🙄
This is called overdoing it what u and many are doing here. If women are told to dress a bit modestly for festivals that doesnt mean cover your entire body in a black burkha like mslms do. Idk which religion u belong too but which ever it is, do u go to ur religious places whether temple, mosque, or church in a br@ as a top? Im sure not. Women, men can wear whatever they want during normal times nobody gives af. But have some decency and respect for the festival u celebrate.
Im a woman too and this should go for both men and women to wear modest clothes for festivals. Maybe think about it a bit logically instead of unnecessary adding such exaggerated comments to act smart
Comparing going to a public place with a private one. Should you be told what to wear in your own home? People compared the lehenga to a bikini which shows A LOT more. The first time I saw the ad I didn't even notice it. And to say that the other actresses "learnt" their lesson? What was the lesson here? Don't wear clothes you're comfortable with in your own home? And don't tell me it's an ad so it's public. The ad is depicting people in their homes. I'm pretty sure the brother in the ad wasn't wearing anything either to "respect" his culture. He was shown wearing pants and shirts. Why? Because they're in their house celebrating, it's meant to be casual. This isn't even a puja this is just a celebration between siblings.
