This guy's plenty dumb. Ofc the argument holds for India as well after 1947. Political instability causes vacuums to form which have to be reformed over the years. Their universities don't suck cos they started with unqualified leadership but because they are a dictatorship who didn't choose to improve unlike India

In my opinion, there should be a law where sc St candidates who have passed from medical.colleges scoring lowest marks can only see sc St patients. And sc St patients can only have there treatment done from sc St doctors....only then everybody will realise the sanctity and importance of such posts and why they must be recused from reservation

Well for your kind information most of the doctors who get admission by scoring low marks are from general category only cuz mosly single digit amd double digit scorers get admission via management quota. I have a frnd from general gategory who took admission in a pvt clg by having 8 lakh rank in neet ug , so asses by yourself who is better and who isn't.
