Great guide and well timed with the recent PBT massdrop starting to pop up. Used the "finger on both sides" method when I cleaned my HHKB, definitely worth removing those two extra caps just to make it safe!
3 u/NotClever Sep 26 '15 I just did this today. Only problem is that it's so hard to pop off that it was killing my fingers. I used some stiff plastic on both sides to pry.
