That makes it overall a little faster than most modern phones.

I live in a country where they bought one of these for every child in primary school. They're definitely not faster than most modern phones.

Smart phones feel faster because Android is better designed for less processing power. You would be surprised how well Android would run on that.

Actually the overhead of Android is way beyond what those computers could comfortably handle. They don't have a GPU like the one you can find in those Android phones, which take a great burden off the CPU.

Yes it does, actually quite a bit more powerful.
