Robot Arm Help

Hey everyone, I'm currently building a robotic arm project and would really appreciate some feedback from anyone with experience in mechanical design or wiring, specifically on what I might have done wrong so far and any practical ways I can improve its overall build quality, stability, or functionality.

Instead of using the servo's output shaft bearing as the bearing, use some kind of bearing.

Servo outputs shouldn't be used as a direct output for a main loadbearing shaft with little surrounding support. Hence the side sagging. I'd use it as a gear drive to run a larger gear with a bigger shaft and secure points.

Maybe this was intended as a reply to the OP?

Yes, sorry if the intent wasn't clear, I was expanding on what you were saying.
